It reflects the blood pressure of an artery when an artey expands to Its maximum capacity when volume of blood come to an artery. There is a

Slight difference between the actual measured MAP and the calculated

Map : This difference can be a reference for doctors or users.

PP =Pulse Pressure

It is the difference between Systolic and Diastolic BP. Somewhere It carries meaning in relation to arterial stiffness because Pulse Pressure = Cardiac Output x Arterial Stiffness.

   This unit not only has been designed With Automatic-measurement but

   Also optionally with “Stethoscope-sounding measurement” Function

   Which is almostwith same measuring process as mercurical sphygmomanometer does except display display with digits.

   Stethoscope Measuring Step:

1.      Continuousy press M.RECALL button for over 5 seconds until “Signal Sound” display on the screen, then release M.RECALL button,

The “Signal Sound” will display on the screen, standby for sounding mode.

2.      Place the stethoscope’s chestpiece in the artecubital space below the cuff.

3.      Press M.RECALL button again, the motor will start pumping and inflate to high pressure(around 190 mmHg) then start exhausting at an auto pre-set rate during stethoscope sounding measuring, until the end of the measurement. Meanwhile, use the bell side of a combination Stethoscope for clearest detection of Systolic BP and Diastolic BP.

The motor can be pumped up again by continuously pressing

M.RECALL button button for repeat Stethoscope sounding measurement.

HOW TO USE IT CORRECTLY:

1.      Face palm upwards, wrap cuff around Upper Arm and fasten properly

2.      Hold the monitor at Heart Level (The Carry Box may be used for support)

3.      Press the START/STOP Button, Your Upper Arm Blood pressure will be measured accurately in half a minutes.
