HOW TO USE IT CORRECTLY:

1.    Face palm upwards, wrap cuff around wrist and fasten properly

2.    Hold the monitor at Heart Level (The Carry Box may be used for support)

3.    Press the I/O Button, Your Blood pressure will be measured accurately in half a minutes.
